Chicken Like Rabbit

The Chicken Like Rabbit was a huge success. It got its name from my student who cooks for me. She's an intermediate-level English student and hence the not-quite-correct translation. The dish is a rabbit recipe that we prepared with chicken instead -- so, it's chicken like rabbit.
Anyway, it was excellent. We made some potato dumplings to go along with it and some ducat cakes for dessert. Our cakes turned out more like cinnamon rolls, but they were also quite good.
Jason was looking through the cookbook and was interested in the veal with anchovies, but I told him that he'd be on his own for that one.
