U Homrou

There's a little restaurant near our apartment called U Homrou (At Homer). The sign features a picture of Homer Simpson, so I figured I had to go at least once while we're here. Saturday we finally went, although Chelsey didn't think this was a very good way to pick a restaurant. It was fine, though, not too expensive and the food was pretty good. It was regular Czech fare, and it was definitely a local, non-touristy place. It is one of the few places we've gone to where there was no English version of the menu, or no English on the menu. Either that or our Czech has progressed to the point where our waitress didn't think we needed the English menus, but I think the former is more likely.
U Homrou also featured paintings of The Simpsons on the walls, so clearly the ambience was top-notch.
