wipeout

My shins have been bothering me a bit, so I've been riding my bike while Jason runs. Yesterday I had a major wipeout. I'm very lucky that I didn't break any bones (or teeth). There was a strange chain across the sidewalk that I just didn't see -- partly because I had turned my head to make sure the passing car didn't run me over. So my bike hit the chain and I did a full front-flip face plant and then the bike came around and landed on me. I've got a scrape on my chin and a couple on my arms, but that's pretty much it. I'm very lucky. I was even able to put the bike back together and ride home. I'm a little stiff but overall ok.
