We found an apartment!
We had an appointment this afternoon to go look at an apartment that is pretty close to the school. We went and looked at it and it is quite small, but all of the appliances were new and it was very nice. The only down side was that it's not available right away. There would be a gap between when we have to move out of the apartment the school provided and when we could move into this one. We weren't sure what to do about that, but we were very excited about the apartment. The man said we could have the weekend to think about it.
Then, a couple hours later, another agent called us and said we could go look at a different apartment. This one is just across the river from school in a neighborhood called Vinohrady. This is a neighborhood that we have read about as being very popular. So we went to go look at the apartment. It was much bigger than the first one, but the appliances weren't as new and it is just a little bit more ($25/month). But, this one is available sooner, so we wouldn't have to pay for a room in a hostel/hotel. We walked around the neighborhood and we really liked it. There were nice parks and convenient shops/restaurants.
We were quite torn about which one to choose, so we decided to go back to the first one and walk around that neighborhood. As we walked around it became quite clear that the second apartment would be the better place to live.
So we called up the agent and told her we'd take it. She's e-mailing us the contract this weekend and we're meeting with her first thing Monday morning. Hoo-ray! We're both really excited.
Plus, the apartment we picked comes with an extra double mattress -- so anybody who is considereing visiting, we want you to know that we've got plently of room for you!

Good job you two! Your dad just showed me this and your mom is at CALCULUS CAMP. This is kind of like of Winnie the Pooh and the forty acres woods.
Deb is sooooo weird. This is more like Goldie Locks and the Three Little Pigs. Anyway, Missy and I are so excited that you guys found a place to live! Is it too early to make reservations for Casa de la Chelsey and Jason?
Just checking in. Sorry it took me so long to say hi, it's busy here at the IVP. Riley says hi and hopes you're enjoying a wonderful fruit salad. (Yummy, yummy)

Apt. sounds great,Glad you passed your classes. Love reading about your adventures love G and G.
I want pictures!! Certainly you won't need a U-Haul for this move!! I was so glad to hear about the extra bed. Ink (not just pencil) in our reservation.
By the way, wasn't Goldilocks messing around with bears, not pigs? Didn't your mother teach you anything?
