Picnic at the lake

We celebrated being back in California by meeting Kim and Michal and heading out for a picnic at the lake by their house. It was a good time, and nice to be able to spend some time with my family before we leave. The stress of trying to get everything done in the next three weeks is starting to hit us a little bit, I think, so an afternoon of relaxing on the grass was welcome. Both Chelsey and I appear to have gotten a bit too much sun, however - perhaps we're just not used to being able to go outside during daylight hours.

In other news, Chelsey is undefeated in Ticket to Ride since we've been here.
